After your payment is verified, it takes up to 1 business day to process and ship your order with the exception of pre-orders. This does not include weekends or holidays.
Purchases made after 2 pm PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Optional rush shipping may be available at additional charge, shown at checkout.
Yes, we ship all over the world free of charge for orders greater than $50. However, there may still be potential charges from customs. Your local government may also charge VAT and/or customs duties which we have no control over.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Maro watches use Citizen Miyota Precision Quartz Movement which is one of the most well known and trusted movements in the industry.
Our watches are all rated water-resistant to 5 ATM which are designed to withstand a brief submersion under water (i.e. hand washing), but should not be taken swimming or bathing.
Maro watches use genuine Italian leather.

Yes! Maro watches come with a limited warranty that covers manufacturer's defects for two years after the original purchase date.
However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Questions, please contact us at email@example.com
All of our watch batteries can be found at any electronic store, as well as most watch repair or jewelry shops. Any watch repair shop or Jeweler should be able to assist you with the battery replacement. We don't suggest replacing the battery, as it requires some special tools and you could damage the watch.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Maro gear! That's why any brand new, unworn product (no band creases or other damage) can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all domestic orders and international orders over $50 USD. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
For international returns under $50 USD, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
If you received a damaged item, please reach out to customer service at email@example.com and they will resolve the issue quickly.
Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you a pre-paid return label within 24 hours.
Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
After we have issued the refund, it will take up to 3 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or Paypal account.
